Handmade Lamb & Red Pepper Koftas
Succulent lamb, mixed with our special blend of kofta spices & hand skewered with red pepper. Ideal for your barbecue.
Preparation time: Ready to devour in 15 minutes!
Cuisine Type: Frozen
Cooking instructions:
Best cooked from fresh. If cooking on the barbecue, fully defrost first or cook in the oven from frozen then finish on the barbecue.
FANTASTIC ON THE GRILL
1. Preheat grill to a medium heat.
2. Remove all packaging & place skewers on a baking tray for 12-15 mins, turning occasionally. Cook until juices run clear & there is no pink meat.
3. Cook for a further 20 mins if cooking from frozen.
EVEN BETTER ON THE BARBECUE
1. Remove all packaging. If cooking from fresh, place skewers onto a barbecue over hot (but not flaming) coals for 12-15 mins, turning occasionally.
2. If cooking from frozen, cook in the oven for 35 mins as per instructions above. Finish on the barbecue.
Check food is piping hot throughout.
These instructions are a guide only: all grills vary - and no two barbecues are the same.

Free range egg yolk
Breadcrumbs
Fresh coriander
Garlic purée
Cumin
Salt
Chilli powder
Paprika oil
