Prosciutto Ham Croustades

Handmade in our kitchen with prosciutto, creamy goats cheese & slow-roasted tomatoes.


Preparation time: Ready to devour in 18 minutes!
Cuisine Type: Canapés


Cooking the perfect croustade:

1. Heat oven to 200ºC (180ºC if it’s fan-assisted) or gas mark 6 (unless you know your oven better...).
2. Unwrap the canapés, put them on a baking tray & slide into the middle of the oven.
3. Leave them until the bread looks lightly toasted (say, 6-8 minutes).
4. Check the cheese is melted and canapés are piping hot throughout. Grab one for yourself & serve the rest. Please don’t reheat once cooked.


Ingredients:

Croustade (29%)
Goats cheese (13%)
Fresh Rocket
Salt
Prosciutto (17%)
Feta cheese
Fresh chives
Black pepper
Roasted tomatoes (17%)
Cream
Garlic purée

Croustade contains: wheat flour, olive oil, water, salt, yeast, malted wheat flour.

Prosciutto contains: pork, salt.

Roasted tomatoes contain: tomatoes, vegetable oil, salt, garlic, oregano.
