Mini Beef Wellingtons

Handmade in our kitchen with the finest British beef fillet, creamy chicken liver & brandy pâté & butter-rich pastry.


Preparation time: Ready to devour in 9 minutes!
Cuisine Type: Canapés


How to roast the ideal welly:

1. Heat oven to 200ºC (180ºC if it's fan-assisted) or gas mark 6 (unless you know your oven better...).
2. Unwrap, put on a baking tray & slide into the middle of the oven.
3. Leave them until the pastry turns golden (8-9 minutes, say).
4. Check canapés are piping hot throughout & serve immediately. Please don’t reheat once cooked.


Ingredients:

Pastry (67%)
Egg yolk
Beef (21%)
Poppy seeds
Chicken liver & brandy pâté (8%)

Pastry contains: wheat flour, rapeseed oil, palm oil, water, butter (9%), salt.

Chicken liver & brandy pâté contains: chicken livers, butter, brandy, onions, thyme, salt, garlic, pepper.
